Shipping policy

Shipping Policy - Ride Your Trike NZ (RYT)

Shipping Methods:
Most of our items are shipped via NZ Post, Mainfreight, or FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship your order within 5 working days of purchase. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Shipping to Australia:
We do ship some accessories and merchandise to Australia at your cost. Please contact us directly for shipping options and pricing before placing your order.

Delays:
If there is an unexpected delay or issue with your order, we will contact you directly to inform you of the situation.

Delivery Time:
Please note that while we do our best to ship promptly, delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and your location. Ride Your Trike NZ is not responsible for delays or transit times once the package is with the carrier.
